Sync taggeg images to cloud or separate folder

As a professional photographer I often have a situation where my editor is waiting on semi-live images.
I copy my low res jpg to my tablet and tag the images that I like. There is no faster way than the star system of Fstop while swiping through the selection.

I would like a background process that syncs the tagged images to a separate folder. Then the foldersync app could forward it to the cloud or webdav and my editor has immediate access to the images..

Is there a way to do this?
