Preventing copied files being moved to Offline Mode

How do I prevent files copied from F-Stop via Android file transfer being moved to offline mode.
Help most welcome.

Hi, Thanks for your response.
I usually copy the pictures on my phone to my computer using the Android File transfer App and I have been doing this quite happily for many years. This process does not involve F-Stop it is all done between Android File Transfer and File manager(Finder) on my computer. Recently I have noticed that after this process the thumbnails in F-Stop all have the red dot and X in the top left hand corner just like shown on this page. When I try to open the thumbnail there is nothing there, just a black screen and my pictures have gone.
So I am at a loss to know what is going on, perhaps I should just transfer the pics to the computer. But I have found it safer to copy, prove that all is well and then delete from phone.
I hope you can advise.
