Move folders into another folder

Hiya, I accidentally uninstalled the free version after spending ages to set up some nested folders (didn’t know the pro version needed the free version to run). Now that I have installed it again the formerly nested folders are now regular folders and I don’t find an option to move the whole folder into the other folder again.
Will I have to manually set up the nested folders again or do I just not see the option to move a folder for some reason?
