Metadata saving issue

Problem…
Saving metadata rarely works. For instance, add a tag to file, select update metadata. The app indicates the metadata is “saved”. I subsequently check the file for tag and newly assigned not applied to file. What is odd is that saving tags and metadata was working… What am I doing wrong?

Another observation.. What files I have managed to tagged with f-stop I notice when viewed on a PC (windows 10) the f-stop tags do not show up in file details as do other IPTC tags or keywords

External SD Card… plenty of free space, write permission enable.

Yes I also observed that saving metadata does not work. It also appears that support is not responding to these.

Same here. I want to manage my tags independently of the software, especially if I view my images on the pc the images should have the same tags. But after attaching a tag to an image with F-Stop, I can’t find it anywhere in the metadata.

Same here. I save all the outstanding photos shown in the Update Metadata view but when I go back a few days later nothing has happened and all thes same photos are still shown in that view.
