Hello! I’ve been making an effort to back up all my files on my phone by saving them on to a drive on my PC. I’ve run in to an issue though of moving my protected files from my phone to my PC. I can’t figure out how to un-protect folders. I tried un-protecting the files separately, but then I loose them in al my other folders on my phone. Also a good chunk of files refuse to un-protect themselves. I would try to un-protect them, but then I’d get some weird error message. So to keep things easy, I thought I would just un-protect them folder by folder, but I can’t find a way to do so. How do I un-protect my folders? And if there isn’t a way to do so, then how do I un-protect the files that won’t let me un-protect them?
