      How do I copy a custom sort order of pictures from my phone to my computer? I have Samsung S5 with lollipop and a Windows 7 PC.

      Helo,

      Sorry, but there isn’t currently a way to do that. When we implement batch renaming we will be able to allow you to add a sequential number prefix to your files so the custom sort can work on PCs.

      HI there,
      Has batch renaming been instituted? (And if so how do I access it?) I want to be able to copy a smart album from my samsung tablet to my wife’s and it is setting the custom order that is the most time consuming part of creating the album as it is quite large.

      Sorry, still no batch renaming. You can back up your albums in the album view from the menu. Unfortunately, it does not save the custom order at this time.
