I bought it 11 years ago when the name was different and there was no subscription, just a pro version. Today I tried to install it on a new phone and it was working only as a free version. After some digging I finally managed to fix it – maybe this helps somebody. Go to Google Play -> Payments & subscriptions -> Budget & history, find your purchase and view it – there should be an Install button.
