The best way to do this is to go to the protected folder using a file browser such as ES File Explorer. This FAQ will help you with that: http://www.fstopapp.com/faq/#toggle-id-1
If there are any files in that folder, I recommend you use the recovery technique outlined in the FAQ to recover the files.
