Hi,
I have a couple of PNGs that were tagged some time back (not sure when, but I’m pretty sure the tagging was done in F-Stop Gallery). Recently, I’ve been trying to add additional tags to those photos. On the tagging screen, everything looks fine and the new tags appear to be added. However, after hitting the check mark and going back out to view all the photos in the folder, my new tags disappear and the PNGs revert back to the tags they had before I added the new ones.
Any ideas?
R
I don’t really see a reason why this would be happening. I suggest you send our support a short video of exactly what you are doing, maybe there is something in your workflow…
